Shipping & Returns

Complimentary standard shipping across Canada on orders over $150 CAD. Standard shipping is a flat $15 CAD below that.

Orders are processed within one to two business days. Standard delivery takes three to six business days in Canada and four to eight in the United States.

Live carrier rates, tracking and delivery notifications are provided by Shopify once the store is connected.

Unworn, unwashed pieces with tags attached can be returned within 30 days of delivery.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method once the return is received and inspected. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

Exchanges are handled as a return plus a new order so your size doesn't sell out while in transit.

If something arrives damaged or isn't what you ordered, contact us within seven days of delivery and we'll make it right at no cost to you.
